Director, Business Development

Della is Director on CarbonBetter’s sustainability, decarbonization, and climate division. She develops and executes creative, end-to-end solutions to help clients realize their sustainability and business goals, procure carbon offset credits, overcome operational challenges, and show environmental and social impact progress. Della brings extensive experience in private equity and infrastructure investing, fund operations, climate and sustainability strategy to help deliver effective solutions inclusive of both financial results and social impact for her clients.

Prior to CarbonBetter, Della held roles in infrastructure investing, capital raising, fund operations, and due diligence within Macquarie Group’s Asset Management arm and in ESG, sustainability investing, and reporting for Siguler Guff, a global private equity firm. Having led many effective lead generation and client services teams, she is recognized for her ability to manage multi-stakeholder, complex, and collaborative projects for her clients and support sustainability and decarbonization strategies within both the public and private sectors.

Della holds a BA in Government from Dartmouth College. Based in Washington, D.C., Della spends her free time running and hiking new routes in the DMV area, helps lead youth empowerment programs, and enjoys watching Broadway shows and plays.
