Pankaj is Managing Director of Climate Services at CarbonBetter. He supports clients across their sustainability journey—including developing sustainability and ESG strategies, quantifying and disclosing environmental impacts, creating decarbonization roadmaps and supporting emissions reduction via carbon offsets.
Prior to CarbonBetter, Pankaj spent 7 years at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner, leading Fortune 100 companies through their sustainability journeys. Additionally, Pankaj also has industry experience in Foodservice having led sustainability driven growth at Sysco Foods and Energy sector, with 6 years at Schlumberger across China and Brazil.
Pankaj holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
